Enchanted Floral Design Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09753428, registered office address c/o Deneway House, 88-94 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 1AQ United Kingdom. Enchanted Floral Design website (“our Site”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our Site and by accessing our Site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to review and revise the Terms from time to time, without prior notice. By using this site you are automatically bound by any such changes. So please read these Terms carefully. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these Terms, then you should contact our management team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order with us.
1.1 All orders must be placed via our Site.
1.2 All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 Acceptance of your order will take place once the payment transaction has been accepted, at which time we will email confirmation of your order to you.

Supply of Products
2.1 We aim to supply all products that we advertise for sale. However, we cannot guarantee supply, as products may occasionally not be in season or for reasons beyond our control.
2.2 If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will deliver an alternative for the order, with similar type and colour flowers for example, that will fit with the style of bouquet, and be of equal or greater value.
3.1 We accept payment by Amex and debit/credit card. On high value orders we are able to arrange an invoice and payment can be accepted via CHAPS.
3.2 We only accept payment in Pounds (£) Sterling. If you choose to pay for a product using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, we will debit your account in Pounds (£) Sterling at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.
3.3 You confirm that the debit/credit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
4.1 All prices listed on our Site include VAT.
4.2 All prices listed on our Site exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
4.4 Although we try to ensure prices displayed on our Site are accurate, an error may occur and a price may be incorrectly stated. In the event that a product has been priced incorrectly, you will be notified as soon as possible of the correct price and have the option to buy at the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed with the order at the correct price you will be refunded in full. If we are unable to contact you or you do not reconfirm your order at the correct price within 5 days of us contacting you, your order in respect of the incorrectly priced product will be treated as cancelled.
5.1 All orders received by us are subject to availability.
5.2 Our delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday. Delivery time is from 9am to 6pm on any of these days. We do not deliver on U.K Public Holidays.
5.3 Orders must be placed before 12:00pm for same day delivery to the London area. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same day delivery to factors out of our control such as bad weather and traffic.
5.4 If stock is unavailable for any reason, we will offer an alternative for the order, with similar type and colour flowers for example, that will fit with the style of bouquet, and be of equal or greater value.
5.5 Your order will be delivered to the address that you specify when placing your order. Please check the delivery address that appears in the confirmation email you receive after you have placed your order. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address, please immediately let us know and provide the correct address.
5.6 Please ensure to add any important details to your order that we need to know about, along with any other special instructions for our drivers such as where to leave the flowers if the recipient isn’t home. Also please select the option to write the recipient a personal message should you wish.
5.7 If the recipient isn’t available to accept the delivery and we don’t have any further instructions from you, we will attempt to leave the delivery in a safe place, or with a neighbour. If you have provided us with contact details, we will do our best to contact you to explore alternative options. Our delivery driver will leave a signature calling card, with details of where we left the delivery.

6.1 If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us, as soon as possible after you have placed your order, by email at email@example.com or on 020 8446 1826. Please have your order number and date the order was placed to hand.
6.2 If your order has been placed within 24 hours of delivery, you will have up until the end of the working day you placed the order to cancel. Please refer to our opening and closing hours on our Contact Us page on the website or call our team on 020 8446 1826.
Returns & Refunds
7.1 Due to the delicate nature of our goods please make or raise any complaints within 24 hours of the delivery time of your order. Please take a digital photograph of any product you are unhappy with and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
7.2 All of our delicate products require very specific care and maintenance. Please pay close attention to the care instructions that come with the order. If the product has not been cared for as per the instructions that come with the delivery, then we may not refund or offer an exchange of product.
7.3 Any product that is claimed to be damaged or have perished should ideally be returned to our shop or collected by a member of our team. If this is not possible then as per above, we will require photographic evidence within the timely manner specified. We will thoroughly inspect all products where a claim is made by the customer. If we discover that they have not been cared for as per the instructions, or are not damaged or perished, we will not offer a refund or exchange of the product.
7.4 Any refunds or exchanges will be given if we believe that the delivered product is proved to be damaged and will be at Enchanted Floral Design’s discretion.
8.1 We will always try to ensure that the details, prices, photographs, videos and descriptions of our products appearing on our Site are correct at all times. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the products and information that appears on our site. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of any information we place on our Site, we make no warranties whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
9.1 All complaints should be sent by email to email@example.com. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a two-week period. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
10.1 Nothing contained within our Terms in any way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.
11.1 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
