Returns & Refunds
1.1 Due to the delicate nature of our goods please make or raise any complaints within 24 hours of the delivery time of your order. Please take a digital photograph of any product you are unhappy with and send it to us at email@example.com.
1.2 All of our delicate products require very specific care and maintenance. Please pay close attention to the care instructions that come with the order. If the product has not been cared for as per the instructions that come with the delivery, then we may not refund or offer an exchange of product.
1.3 Any product that is claimed to be damaged or have perished should ideally be returned to our shop or collected by a member of our team. If this is not possible then as per above, we will require photographic evidence within the timely manner specified. We will thoroughly inspect all products where a claim is made by the customer. If we discover that they have not been cared for as per the instructions, or are not damaged or perished, we will not offer a refund or exchange of the product.
1.4 Any refunds or exchanges will be given if we believe that the delivered product is proved to be damaged and will be at Enchanted Floral Design’s discretion.
